2011 Norco Vixa: A Muddbunnies Review Coming Right Up

I cannot remember being so excited for the release of a women’s specific bike than I am about this years Norco Vixa. The 2011 Norco Vixa has been completely revamped and targets the “All-Mountain Rider” with Norco’s new suspension platform, A.R.T. design. This is a genius move on Norco’s part as the All-Mountain bike is really the future of biking, especially with the female riders and the suspension redesign looks to promise and deliver.

Soon, I’ll be swinging a leg over this beauty and posting a review. For now, however, have a look/listen to Darcy Turrenne talk about the product that she was a key player in designing. She’ll get you stoked on this ride!

Norco’s 2011 Vixa – Darcy’s Team BuildFebruary 10, 2011

The 2011 event season is about to get rolling. As a result each rider on the Norco Factory Team is getting their arsenal of bikes ready to attack for whatever may come in their way. For Norco Factory Team Rider Darcy Turenne, one such bike is the Norco Vixa. As a women’s specific freeride bike, Darcy prefers a Shimano Saint Kit, Rockshox suspension and Kenda Tires. The rest of the build completes the bike with gear from FSA/Gravity, WTB, E-13 and DT Swiss.
