LADIES ONLY RIDING SKILLS CLINIC – APRIL 21ST

WOMEN’S ONLY RIDE CLINIC on April 21st

South Surrey, BC – SORCE (Surrey Off Road Cycling Enthusiasts Society) and the Surrey Parks and Recreation Department regularly sponsor clinics and camps for cyclists at all levels, for all age groups and styles of riding.

Spring riding is here! To better prepare yourself for the season ahead, sign up for this three hour session designed for the experienced beginner to intermediate mountain biker, aged 14 years and over. The first two hours consist of a skills session. In the final hour hone your new skills in the trails of the South Surrey Bike Park.

The session with focus on skills training, balance, body/bike separation, overall fitness, first aid, trail etiquette and ‘spotting the perfect line’. This is a women’s only clinic, taught by an experienced female rider who is an NCCP certified coach. The atmosphere is fun and supportive.

Join other women for this mountain bike skills clinic. Consider signing up & bring a friend! The cost is only $45.00! The proceeds benefit a great cause – SORCE bike club’s trail stewardship.

For this course you will need – a front-suspension or dual-suspension bike in good working order; helmet, full finger gloves, warm clothing, water and a snack. Leg and arm pads are optional.
