ABOUT HARLOT PRODUCTS:
*Use soft, chafe-free fabrics that wash easily and feel nice against the skin
*Put the seams where they will not rub or be bothersome when sweaty
*Create clothes with an eye on style as well as function. Apparel does not have to be neon and shiny to ride a bike in it
*Make waistbands that sit lower, have no rough zippers or elastic, and do not irritate one’s navel
*Use fabrics and materials from respected US and Canadian companies whenever possible. *Continue to have our gear sewn and assembled in the US for as long as we can hold out.
*Be sure that all Harlot clothing looks as good walking into the brewery for a post-ride celebration as it does on the bike

It’s true – I enjoy listing my title as Harlot President. I like to say I’m heading over to Harlot Headquarters, our warehouse. And the “harlot” embroidered across my bum gives me a little extra spunk and sassiness when I hit the trail on my bike. Sometimes it seems the cycling world could use a bit more gleeful sauciness. After all, bikes are fundamentally a form of sheer, exhilarating, ageless fun. Lighten up and ride!
