Seeking Volunteers – AMBC Hammerfest DH – Sunday 22 May 2011

Hi Current and Former Supporters of Arrowsmith Mountain Bike Club Races,

We are planning our annual HAMMERFEST Downhill Bike Race for Sunday 22nd of May 2011 (8:30 – 3:30)

We need some volunteers for this event. In particular we need:

3 Drivers with CLASS 4 drivers licences (to drive 15 passenger shuttle vans)

3 Certified First-Aid attendants with access to first aid supplies and equipment

3 Drivers with ordinary CLASS 5 licences (to drive bike shuttle trucks)

PLUS a multitude of other volunteers to assist with race marshaling, timing and other tasks as required.

We can’t pay you, but we will feed you a good lunch and we think you will have a good time participating in one of Parksville’s most exciting cycling event.
