As many will have noticed this year, the District of North Vancouver’s trail crew have been busy doing significant amounts of trail maintenance and have also created a new beginner/intermediate masterpiece in Bobsled.
Please join the NSMBA, the DNV including Mayor Walton and the District’s trail crew, and Member of Parliament for North Vancouver Andrew Saxton to celebrate the official opening of Bobsled along with all of the great work that has been done this summer. Come for the speeches, have some BBQ, and go for a ride! We’ll have guides for beginner and intermediate riders and we’ll have a photographer on Bobsled to take some shots of you and your friends styling it up! We’re even going to do a little mini-trail day before the event to continue some of the naturalization that we did last week!

Saturday, September 25
Mountain Highway Drop-Off Zone (by water towers and Bobsled’s exit)
Ceremony at 11:00am
BBQ to follow
Group rides start at 12:00pm (after ceremony)
Official opening ride with Mayor Walton at 11:30am
Photographers positioned on Bobsled following the event until 2:00pm
