TORCC Trailday – Saturday, November 3rd

On Saturday November 3rd, Tri-Cities Off Road Cycling Coalition (TORCC) will be partnering with the City of Port Moody to continue to rehabilitate a section of the “Backyard Trail”.  This trail is an important connector for walkers and mountain bikers as it connects Bert Flinn Park with the Ioco Road/Shoreline Park area.  For the majority of its run, it parallels Parkside Drive. It is identified as the red trail on this map:

This trail is beginning to show deterioration in parts and some rerouting is necessary in other areas. TORCC is working in partnership with the City of Port Moody to build upon the work done on the previous trail day and improve the conditions of this trail for all users.

We will be meeting at the trail entrance across from 146 Parkside Drive at 9am: http://goo.gl/maps/Z7jSp

Lunch will be provided.

To help plan work parties, as well as prevent us from wasting money on uneaten food, you are requested to register for the November 3rd trail day by clicking here:
